I am in my 70,s. and never did anything like this before. It does tick all the boxes. Mental health through meditation. Improvment in physical development in muscle and joint flexibility. General self confidence and being around friendly people.. One of my goals is to try and introduce my 4 yr old grandson at an early stage of life to something like this. Wish I did something like this at much earlier stage of my life.
